The conclusion of the contract of sale through the website www.nicolemarie.com.hr is regulated in accordance with legal provisions, considering in particular the principles and provisions of European Union directives. The purchase of products and/or services in the name and on behalf of a minor or a person deprived of legal capacity (in whole or in part) may be requested only by their legal representatives.

Purchases are made by ordering available products that the customer chooses based on the photo and basic description. The photographs are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary and do not always match the photographs in all details.
